Had a broken garage door. It broke off its runner. Called Overhead and they came out within a half hour for an emergency repair. He had it fixed in 15 minutes. Great service, courteous and knowledgeable representative.

Alan (sales) and Albert (installation) were fantastic to deal with. The sales was prompt, efficient and delivered on time and on budget. The young man certainly did not enjoy my questions and request not to use an extension cord. . He also complained about where the button was going to go so i gave in and chose s different place for his convenience. All got resolved amiably. The garage door opener is quiet and works great

Great service, efficient communication, and seamless install of quality doors. We have had great service for bay doors, garage doors, and gate opening systems. Overhead door has done everything possible to deliver on time for us. They have been quick to resolve maintenance issues and even offered to program all of our remotes.
