ABOUT US
The Overhead Door Company of Eugene-Springfield™ was started in 1966 by Bob and Peggy Ashmore. Their original shop was at the NW corner of West 11th Ave. and Conger St.
In 1986, the Ashmore family sold the business to Gordon McGraw. At that point, the company had six full-time employees and was just coming out of the serious recession of the early 1980s.
Needing even more room, an additional building was built on the 7th Place property in 1997. This building, at 2090 W 7th Place, is where Overhead Door™ is today. The next generation, Katie Schnider, Paul Burrell, Chris Schnider, and Sara Burrell, completed the purchase of the OHD Company in March 2013, continuing the values and customer service of previous owners.
